Key Responsibilities

• Litigation and Client Representation : Represent clients in real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant conflicts, property boundary disagreements, and contract enforcement.
• Probate and Estate Administration : Guide clients through the probate process, ensuring compliance with Indiana probate laws and protecting clients' assets.
• Legal Research and Strategy Development : Conduct detailed legal research on relevant case laws, statutes, and industry regulations to inform case strategies and decisions.
• Document Drafting and Review : Draft, review, and revise legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, wills, and other probate-related paperwork.
• Client Advisory : Provide clients with legal guidance, explaining complex legal matters in clear, accessible terms and advising on case strategies.
• Coordination with Managing Attorneys : Collaborate with senior attorneys to ensure cases progress smoothly and client needs are consistently met.
• Attention to Detail : Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all case files to ensure accuracy and compliance, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and a valid Indiana State Bar license.
• Strong Research and Analytical Skills : Proficiency in legal research tools and ability to synthesize information to develop case strategies.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication : Ability to draft precise, coherent legal documents and clearly explain legal concepts to clients.
