Grimaldi Law Firm, with an office in Hollywood, Florida, is looking for an experienced, level-headed, A++ Estate Planning Attorney for a hybrid position. Requirements: We seek an experienced estate planner who needs no supervision in dealing with planning to avoid guardianship and probate. You should already know your way around GRATs, ILITs, and SLATs. Pay: Pay is at or above market level, including the ability to earn monthly bonuses. The starting base salary will be $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience and intangibles. Monthly bonuses are available for all staff when we hit revenue targets. Responsibilities •Collaborate directly with clients, serving as the main attorney handling estate planning and probate cases.
•Take charge of guiding clients and the firm toward achieving their objectives from the initial handover by the sales team to the completion of the case file.
Qualifications •
5+ years of estate planning experience required, including planning for taxable estates.
•Excellent references are required.
•3 years of estate and trust administration and probate experience is preferable.
•Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law in Florida or able to be licensed within 3 months.
