Tree House Ambassador and Fulfillment Team Member - Prudential This position is temporary with expected employment through December 31, 2025. This is not an exhaustive list of job duties; a full job description will be provided during the recruitment process. Brand Ambassadors are expected to provide exceptional customer service to guests visiting the Prudential Center by maximizing engagement opportunities and addressing guests with enthusiasm that encourages them to try Tree House products. We are looking for someone who shows an energetic passion for the brand, and has the ability to captivate guests to drive sales. We look for flexibility in scheduling, with availability during peak business hours. Consistent Thursday through Sunday availability is necessary to apply for this position. This is not a tipped position. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience, skills, relevant education and training, and other job-related factors. As a Tree House Ambassador and Fulfillment Team Member, you will be responsible for the following: Providing a welcoming, educated experience for all guests, delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions Engaging with Pru visitors, always representing the Tree House brand to the general public with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude Driving sales of Tree House products by engaging with guests and leveraging every interaction to lead to a positive experience for guests Other retail related tasks as needed such as product movement, keg replenishment, and beer garden support. Minimum Requirements: 6+ months of professional customer service/sales experience Must be 18+ years of age or older at time of application Relevant experience in a fast-paced hospitality/retail environment preferred Flexible schedule and a willingness to work nights and weekends as needed to ensure coverage and that retail needs are met You are driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a focused and hard-working attitude Ability to push, pull, bend, and lift in excess of 25 lbs. as necessary to perform required tasks as assigned throughout the workday, with the assistance of hand trucks and carts as needed. Ability to be on your feet for 6-8 hour shifts consistently.
