BXT Delivery Senior Associate

A career in our The Difference practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. Youll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients manage collaboration with the various teams that work towards bringing a product to market. Youll help our team with organising work activities to foster concept buy in and managing timeframes and expectations of the product launch.

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles with the following skills:

* Understanding and applying human centered design, design thinking, and technology trends in the market;

* Having effective verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences;

* Designing and facilitating conversations with clients to understand client context, areas of misalignment, needs, and preferences;

* Synthesizing insights and observations to create clear and concise documentation and deliverables (e.g. discovery documents, personas, journey maps, etc.);

* Supporting the work of a team to achieve goals specified in a timely manner, understanding and helping manage financials and logistics to meet identified requirements;

* Fostering community, trust, and innovation, as well as finding opportunities to coach and mentor members of the team and clients, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback;

* Championing ideas, identifying and addressing client needs, asking probing questions, communicating with empathy, requesting feedback and responding with improvements, while working collaboratively in a fast paced environment, and demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks;

* Owning deliverables from start to finish, while coordinating a broad team of stakeholders across various industries and sectors, and managing project work with third party creative and production partners, vendors, and resources;

* Leveraging virtual collaboration tools such as video conferencing and virtual whiteboards, including the ability to troubleshoot virtual technologies, scan the market for new technologies, and test and share findings with members of the team;

* Understanding and applying Agile principles and mindsets (scrum master certification a plus); and,

* Supporting the development of proposals and other business development efforts.
