SUMMARY: Responsible for intensive data entry and maintaining client profile data. As a client data specialist, you will enjoy the benefits of a hybrid work environment . You will be expected to work from the office three days per week and have the flexibility to work from home on other days.

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience.

LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage client account creation and update requests
• Verify client profile information
• Process online bidder approvals
• Add/update clients, create reports, shipping instructions requests, consolidations, and shop emails
• Manage mailing list data entries
• Process bidder/show cards, and verify sales tax information from bidder cards
• Manage client survey responses
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Must have a high school diploma
• Minimum 2+ years of data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to multitask and pay great attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude with and a high willingness to learn

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Hybrid work schedule (two days remote, three days in-office)
• Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally.
