Your day to day as a Commercial Appraiser I The Commercial Appraiser I position at Mercantile Bank is a key role focused on managing commercial appraisal bids, overseeing vendor selection, and ensuring prompt report deliveries. You will play a crucial part in conducting risk-based appraisal reviews for real estate collateral, contributing to the bank's commitment to accuracy and integrity in its operations. Additionally, as part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing internal Real Estate Evaluations to assess current market values for transactions exempt from formal appraisals. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified General Appraiser License holder to leverage their skills in a dynamic and innovative banking environment.
Would you be a great Commercial Appraiser I? To excel as a Commercial Appraiser I at Mercantile Bank, candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Real Estate Appraisal, covering a wide range of commercial property types. A Certified General Appraiser License is mandatory for this role, showcasing a high level of expertise and professional accreditation. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software and tools used in appraisal processes to ensure accurate and efficient evaluation of commercial properties.
