Job Title Customer Service Assistant (Call Center) Job ID 27509059 Location Tampa, FL 33634 Other Location Description **Medical Delivery Services is looking for an experienced and reliable customer service representative in Tampa, Florida. The is an overnight schedule with hours of 8 pm - 4 am, Sunday - Thursday. You will be onsite(not remote). Full benefits package included.**
**Job purpose**
This position is an assistant role to support the Customer Service department in all daily duties and responsibilities. The individual is responsible for assisting in the operations of the CS department including handling phone calls, dispatching drivers, updating emails, updating dispatching documents/portals.
**Duties and responsibilities**
**Daily Compliance duties including but not limited to:**
Answering incoming calls
Update CS staff with appropriate dispatching and customer calls
Updating dispatch sheets and logs with appropriate information
Update dispatching software
Reviewing and completing emails
Update CS staff with projects currently being completed
Assist with other departments as needed
Maintain regular attendance and dependability
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to: data entry, documentation skills, organization
