Compensation:
$20-$30 hourly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategies fresh and effective.
Create engaging content, including videos, social media posts, graphics, and email campaigns, aligned with our brand and voice.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize results.
Collaborate with our leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Manage our website and SEO efforts to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Handle social media community management by engaging with followers and responding to inquiries.
What We're Looking For:
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and social media platforms.
Strong creative skills for content creation, including video production and graphic design.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of real estate marketing is a plus but not required.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Later), and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Content Creation Ability : Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts, tailored for different platforms.
Analytical Mindset : Experience analyzing marketing data, running A/B tests, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs and drive results.
Adaptability and Creativity : A track record of staying ahead of trends, bringing fresh ideas, and thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
