Job Description Position Overview Responsible for both the technical execution and creative development of email marketing campaigns. Identifies target audience(s), designs and execute email campaigns, ensures content is clear and error-free, and analyzes campaign metrics. Collaborates with other teams, such as Content and Compliance, to ensure consistent, compliant brand messaging and enhance customer communication through email channels. Shapes strategy and execute campaigns.
Responsibilities - Produce and execute email campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, light design work, and asset coordination
- Support various strategic program sends via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle including prospecting, nurturing, win-back, etc.
- Collaborate with content teams to create personalized and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage and execute email marketing calendar and ensure alignment with internal stakeholders and business priorities
- Plan, execute, and report back on A/B tests to inform future planning and program optimizations
- Update and maintain email program documentation
- Perform QA to ensure proper rendering and near flawless campaign execution
- Regularly identify trends and email marketing strategies from other leading global brands to glean insights on best practices and new innovative ideas
- Support management of agency relationship
- Support email prospecting efforts, including agency management and routing of creative assets
- Support the overarching strategy for automating marketing processes including segmentation, drip campaigns, SMS and behavioral triggers for net new leads.
- Collaborate with other marketing teams (e.g., social media, content, and paid advertising) to ensure a cohesive, cross-channel marketing approach for lead nurture and acquisition.

Education and Experience Requirements - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing, with hands-on experience building email
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar platforms. Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations and best practices
- Experience in engaging and analyzing the performance of a large email marketing database

Pay Ranges $45,818.00 - $76,364.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
