Job Details

Responsibilities:
Manage and service your existing book of trusts and estate planning clients
Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive estate planning strategies
Draft and review complex wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and other estate planning documents
Advise clients on asset protection, tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies
Assist with trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate settlement matters
Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to ensure holistic estate planning solutions
Stay current with changes in federal and state laws and regulations related to estate planning and taxation
Maintain accurate client records and files
Represent clients in court proceedings related to estate planning and probate matters
Actively pursue business development opportunities and expand your client base

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association
Minimum of 7 years of experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law
Exceptional drafting and legal writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in legal research and analysis
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing outstanding client service
Established book of trusts and estate planning clients with portable business
