What You’ll Be Doing (AKA: How You’ll Make an Impact)

• Fractional CFO Leadership: Guide our social purpose and nonprofit clients through their financial journey with high-level strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and sound financial advice.
• Tax Strategy & Compliance: Your expertise will help clients navigate complex tax landscapes, ensuring compliance and identifying tax efficiencies so they can put more dollars toward their mission.
• Mission-Focused Insights: Provide more than just numbers—bring clarity to financial reports and strategies so our clients can better understand and drive their mission forward.

About You – Our Dream Candidate

You’re a CPA who’s been around the block, especially in tax strategy and fractional CFO work . Beyond just the numbers, though, you love working with purpose-driven people who value your insights as much as your technical skills. You can spot opportunities in a spreadsheet like others spot plot twists, and you get a thrill from guiding social purpose organizations toward sustainable growth.

• Experience with Heart: 5+ years in the accounting world, with chops in business tax and fractional CFO experience. Nonprofit accounting know-how? Even better!
