We need Service Advisor Assistants who enjoy meeting people, building relationships and providing a best-in-class Guest service experience.
Responsibilities Include: - Greet customers and assist them with initial inquiries.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails or messages from customers.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their service or repairs.
- Create and maintain service records and files for customers.
- Prepare and process service orders and repair tickets.
- Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service and repairs.
- Perform data entry and manage customer databases.
- Prepare reports and summaries as needed for service performance and customer satisfaction.
- Handle billing and payment processes, including invoicing and processing payments.
- Contact customers to follow up on service satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Address any customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the Service Advisor if needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mailing.
- Support the Service Advisor with special projects or tasks as required.
Qualifications: - The ideal candidate is friendly and presents a positive attitude, is energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented, has excellent organizational skills and is able to work withminimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Above average writing, telephone and texting skills, and proficient in using computers and tablets.
- Self-motivated, able to multi-task effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid US government issued Driver's License, a safe driving record and eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
