Production Worker

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with General Mills in the Joplin, MO area, is seeking production workers to join their team! This is a climate- controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Production Worker Job Summary:

• Pay: $15.25-$16.25 an hour
• Shifts Available:
  • 3RD SHIFT AVAILABLE - MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 12 hours.

• Operate various forms of production equipment.
• Perform basic quality checks throughout the shift.
• Meet production goals.
• Adhere to proper production processes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Production Worker Qualifications:

• 6+ months of work history preferred but not required.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to use a computer.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk throughout the facility.
• Must have flexible schedule.
• 20 to 30 hours weekly
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.
