JOB TITLE: Health Session Coach

OsteoStrong Louisville is a wellness center that specializes in time-efficient musculoskeletal strengthening. Our unique system allows individuals of almost any age and level of physical conditioning to improve bone density, strength and balance; reduce fall & fracture risk; reduce back and joint pain; and enhance athletic performance. Our work environment is warm, upbeat and fun. Previous health & wellness experience would be awesome, but is not required - we provide extensive training, equipping our session coaches with all the skills needed to excel & succeed.

Reports To: Center Manager/Owner
Employment Status: Part Time/Non-Exempt

Qualifications

• Must be interested in health or wellness, kinesiology, nutrition and or biohacking
• Must be able to connect with people of all ages
• Must be able to make others smile and laugh
• Must be comfortable on video while interviewing members on their success
• Must be a go-getter and NOT need to be told what to do
• Must be encouraging and want others to succeed
• Must be proactive and hard-working
• Must be open to change, as this is a newly growing business
• Must be comfortable with helping grow the business through sales
• Must have excellent customer service skills, able to carry a conversation and build rapport with regular and prospective clients; coachable and flexible
• Must have fitness experience

Responsibilities

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and membership sign-up
• Must learn talk tracks so can speak competently about what we do
• Coaching members during Osteogenic Loading sessions on Spectrum equipment (training will be provided)
• Helping members through sign-up paperwork, answering questions, and explaining educational material
• Answering phone calls from prospective members and setting appointments for them to experience the health benefits firsthand
• Must greet members with energy and enthusiasm every time they walk into the center
• Must be able to work with members on their schedule, to set appointments
• Must be able to assist with day-to-day operations of the wellness center
• Must be creative and come up with fun ideas for our members
• Must be able to communicate how our machines can massively improve their life
• Must be able to complete opening and closing checklists for the center

Work Requirements

Must be able to move/lift items up to 20 lbs
Must be available to work:
Minimum of four shifts per week, including Saturdays; minimum 5 hours each
Ability to work flexible hours; early morning/evenings/weekends
Some holidays, closed on Christmas, Thanksgiving (open year-round)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
