ENTRY LEVEL LEGAL ASSISTANT

Sutton Law Group, located near Marietta Square, is seeking a legal assistant to join its tight-knit team. Our firm specializes in workers’ compensation and automotive tort liability defense and presents an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience and growth. Experience is not necessary; training will be made available under the supervision of a senior assistant. Our firm offers a casual and informal yet professional environment. Responsibilities

• Analytical Skills: Exercises critical thinking by analyzing task-related issues independently or asking for guidance when needed.
• Writing Skills: Ability to communicate points and ideas, effectively, and succinctly in written format. Proofreading (grammar, typos, etc.).
• Verbal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, witnesses, and other counsel.
• Timeliness of Work: Consistently completes and submits assignments on time.
• Time Entry: Accurately enters timesheets in our billing software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite programs
• General office duties

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
