The Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) supports clinicians in establishing or expanding their private practices through streamlined insurance processes and marketing support. This role involves conducting psychotherapy sessions and managing client care, providing flexible scheduling and remote work options. Headway aims to enhance access and affordability in mental healthcare, equipping therapists with necessary resources to thrive proficiently in their practice.

Wage: Between $95-$130 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:

• LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
• LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
• LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
• LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW

• Malpractice insurance
