Job Description
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator Apprentice Pilatus is hiring a Logistics & Supply Coordinator Apprentice to join our team in Broomfield, CO. For this role, you will split time between the Parts Warehouse and Purchasing department. Over the course of the program, you will perform a variety of warehouse duties, including but not limited to the receiving and inspection of incoming merchandise or materials, inventory control, packing, crating, and shipment of materials. Additionally in Purchasing, you will place orders and coordinate the delivery of aircraft parts and materials, assist with audits, cycle counts, and provide follow-up to both internal and external customers as needed. In this program, you are paid to learn valuable skills while attending related courses at Front Range Community College.
An apprenticeship at Pilatus will open the door to a wide choice of career opportunities. This dual-track model allows for both work-based and classroom-based instruction. The program starts in July 2024 and the duration is 2 years. Apprentices are eligible to earn a Certificate of Completion of Apprenticeship from the U.S. Department of Labor.
Apprentice Start Date & Salary This position will start in July 2024 with a pay rate of
$16.00 an hour to start per the program guidelines.

What you do
- Learns how to provide first-class service and inventory control to our award-winning product support network within North & South America
- Develops an understanding of how to create and manage domestic and international transport as well as the decision-making process behind each
- Provides internal support and supply production materials to our completion center
- Gains knowledge and skills needed for entry-level supply chain management
- Learns basic purchasing tasks related to customer support and internal operations
- Assists with coordinating the delivery of parts and materials according to the production schedule, customer orders, and vendor contracts
- Learns about all of the activities involved in the identification, acquisition, and distribution of goods
What you bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Patience to learn new skills in an on-the-job training environment
- Ability to lift and lower packages of 50 lbs. in weight
- Must qualify as a U.S. person in compliance with ITAR 22 CFR 120.15
