Are you a night owl with exceptional organizational skills and a knack for logistics? We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator for our 2nd & 3rd shifts. This position will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring efficient and effective logistics management that keeps our business running smoothly around the clock. You will be a key player in our mission to deliver excellent service to our clients, working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods.
2. Utilize logistics IT systems to optimize procedures and track the progress of shipments.
3. Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve mutual goals.
4. Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
5. Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
6. Prepare accurate reports for upper management and stakeholders as required.
7. Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company procedures and operations.
8. Ensure logistics procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
9. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency to maximize profitability.
10. Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services in line with company objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, with a minimum of 2 years in a transportation-related role.
2. Proficient in standard logistics software and MS Office Suite.
3. Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Active problem solver with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Knowledge of laws, regulations, and ISO requirements related to logistics.
7. Ability to handle logistics of all scales, from small operations to large-scale corporate projects.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management, or relevant field will be a plus.
9. Ability to work during non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
10. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
