Join our dynamic team at Aboud Health Group, located in the thriving heart of Mississauga near Square One. We are a fast-paced multidisciplinary medical clinic seeking a full-time Medical Practice Manager with robust experience in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of our busy family medical center, supporting multiple physicians.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and delegating duties.
• Handle EMR systems (OSCAR/AVAROS), OHIP billing, payroll, end-of-day accounting.
• Act as a liaison between management, staff, and physicians, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Maintain clinic facilities, manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure the upkeep of exam rooms.
• Coordinate physician schedules and manage patient appointments effectively.
• Engage in community and business development to expand our services and physician team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in health care management, particularly in a family medicine setting.
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record in staff management and development.
• Knowledge of medical lab technology or phlebotomy is an asset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English and proficient in computer use, including MS Office and medical software.
• Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work morning and afternoon/Evening shifts
