Xite Company is a Texas based real estate and business brokerage company focused on representing the needs of Healthcare professionals and organizations. Our growing, entrepreneurial firm seeks a motivated and experienced individual to play a significant business development role.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be experienced in business brokerage and M&A, have outside sales and/or marketing experience preferably in the medical/dental field, will be self-motivated and will have the ability to effectively interact with doctors and healthcare professionals. A background in accounting, finance, lending, medical/dental equipment or supply sales a plus. Candidate will be working in a collaborative environment with Senior Principals and other business development specialists. An existing Texas-based network in the healthcare equipment, supply, or finance industries would be beneficial.
Candidate should have the following attributes:
Bachelor’s degree
Background in accounting, finance, medical/dental consulting and/or medical sales preferred
Self-motivated with ability to work independently but within a team environment
Ability and desire to meet complete strangers and find common ground
Strong sales and interpersonal, relationship-building skills
Strong communication (both written and verbal) skills
Ability and willingness to aggressively pursue sales leads through cold calling and networking
Professional and polished appearance
Significant working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
Experience analyzing and recasting company financials
Superior attention to detail
Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple priorities and tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and cultivating new clients and business opportunities in Texas and a national.
Collaborate with internal finance, marketing, and healthcare real estate team to create and execute a strategy to achieve top of market sale of medical/dental practices averaging $1M-$5M and up to $50M. This requires ability to absorb information quickly, analyze and use it in sales, negotiating and marketing activities.
Ability to negotiate complex deal structures between physician practice owners and physician buyers along with M&A between physicians and PE backed physician groups.
Build and manage relationships with Chief Business Development Officers and acquisition specialist of PE and VC backed medical groups.
Assisting with development and implementation of specific relationship-based marketing programs.
Effectively managing the expectations of clients and prospects.
Coordination and deal management of other healthcare professionals involved in the transaction such as attorneys, lenders, landlords, consultants and accountants to keep the deal on track and provide creative solutions to ensure surety of close.
Collection and organization of company financials, practice reports, leases, company assets, non-disclosure agreements and buyer profiles.
Assisting in creation of Offering Memorandums.
Most frequent and essential activities of the job include:
Sales, Client Management and Deal Negotiations.
Hosting and attending prospective client meetings, including breakfast and dinner engagements, golf tournaments, conventions etc.
Successfully scheduling client meetings
Being an important public face of an organization that handles complex M&A and commercial real estate transactions.
Representing and being actively involved in various healthcare & real estate trade organizations.
Production and maintenance of marketing materials.
Benefits
Extensive background and credit check will be performed. The position is based out of the Richardson, TX. Base salary plus incentive compensation structure will depend upon experience.
