NetSuite Administrator (Remote)

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated NetSuite Administrator to join our team.

Overview of Role:

As the NetSuite Administrator you will be responsible for configuration, support and maintenance of our NetSuite, WMS and EDI software applications to maximize workflow and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis:

• Identify areas for improvement and opportunities to leverage NetSuite functionalities.
  

Data Management and Reconciliation:

• Develop and execute saved searches within NetSuite to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting.
• Investigate and research data (g/l to sub-ledger) discrepancies, collaborating with technical teams to resolve any data quality issues.
  

Solution Design and Implementation:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable NetSuite configurations for warehouse operations.
• Assist with user training and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and functionalities.
  

Reporting and Analytics:

• Assist in research and development of NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect queries utilizing SQL.
• Utilize NetSuite reporting tools to generate insightful reports to identify material variances from daily transactions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to business leadership.
  

NetSuite System Administration:

• User administration and security role assignment
• Netsuite performance troubleshooting
• EDI internal support/escalations
• Respond to support requests troubleshooting issues in NetSuite and related products.
• Track and manage open cases to resolution within ticketing system, escalate to 3rd party support/integrated solution partners as needed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years functional NetSuite experience
• 2+ years WMS system experience (RF-Smart Preferred) and foreign import experience desired
• Working knowledge of SQL queries
• Working knowledge of NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Excel). Experience with data cleansing and manipulation
• Working knowledge of csv imports, workflows, user provisioning, defining roles and process migration
• Efficient in custom record types, fields, forms and page layouts
• Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Infrequent travel up to 10%
