Description Summary/Objective The Inside Sales Representative-Entry is responsible for the direct communication of sales strategies, designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of services and products, to new and existing customers.

- Serve as the primary point of contact to determine customer requirements and fulfillment plan.
- Communicate with Tech Sales & Sourcing, Account Coordinator, and Sales Support department to generate accurate quotes, establish terms and conditions, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Develop opportunities to increase sales revenue to meet forecast targets via shipments, bookings, gross profit, and new business
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on account and territory planning, and price negotiation.
- Handle prospect activity such as proactive calls, web lead follow-up, and quote disposition analysis.
- Enter all sales related activity into CRM (E21).
- Build knowledge of new products, services, and sales related items on continual basis.

Physical Demands Strength Guideline: The employee must frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds, occasional lift or move up to 25 pounds and rarely lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Motion Parameters: The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Vision and Hearing: The employee is required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, at times can be high.
Travel Travel less than 5% of the time.
Required Education and Experience Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university plus two years related experience; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Education and Experience Advanced training in recent sales techniques.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Bearing sales experience; or technical sales experience.
