We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated BCBA to join our team and help us continue to provide exceptional care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
- Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress.
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and other team members.
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of each child's progress.

Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Mass LABA 
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
