Description Rothman Orthopaedics is looking for a
Patient Access Support Operations Supervisor to join our team! The Patient Access Support Operations Supervisor will organize and direct the staff of our call center. This individual will be responsible for assessing their work and give them feedback to maximize performance. If you are qualified for and interested in this role, please apply.
Job Title: Patient Access Support Operations Supervisor
Hours: Mon - Fri: 8am - 5pm
Location: 833 Chestnut St, Philadelphia, PA
- will train on-site; remote after training
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED minimum educations requirement
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience required
- Experience working in direct patient care and successful customer service skills preferred
- Computer software applications; word processing, EMR knowledge preferred
- Rothman employee candidates must currently meet/exceed metrics
- Rothman employee candidates must not have attendance/performance issues within the past 6 months
Essential Duties: - Answers questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback. Be present of the floor to assist.
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
- Work with management to devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Meet with team leaders to ensure physicians'' schedules are maximized
- Develop staff training programs related to company processes and functions
- Monitor calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy and conformity to company policy
- Other duties as assigned
