**Pharmacy Medication Delivery and Technician**
Pharmacy Management Homerville, Georgia Minimum Experience **Entry-level** We are accepting application for a Pharmacy Delivery Driver to deliver medications from Clinch Memorial Hospital to patients in the Homerville, GA community. The position would be part-time scheduled for 2-5 days per week from 3pm - 6pm (hours somewhat flexible in afternoon/evening). In addition to the regular delivery of medications, this person would be performing standard pharmacy technician duties for the hospital. Opportunities for more hours available on a PRN basis. The role will require reliable transportation as the person would be using their personal vehicle to deliver medications. Reimbursement is provided for travel expenses.
Pharmacy Technician Job Description:
Assists the pharmacist in providing medication, drug information, and pharmaceutical services to patients, nurses, physicians and other hospital personnel. Receives and stores incoming deliveries of medication and supplies. Demonstrates an ability to calculate figures and amounts relating to dosage calculations when filling various prescriptions ranging from the newborn to the elderly populations. Maintains inventory of supplies in pharmacy and other departments and reorders them accordingly.
