Position Summary:
The Post Events Manager supports ABM Industries’ operations at Footprint Center in Phoenix, AZ, ensuring top-tier facility services after events. This role oversees post-event cleanup, staff coordination, and client relations to maintain high cleanliness and operational standards. Working closely with the Project Manager, this position develops efficient work plans, resolves client concerns, and enhances service offerings.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential, as the role requires supervising teams, enforcing policies, and working with union personnel. Flexibility is key—weekends, holidays, and urgent client requests are part of the job. The Post Events Manager helps keep Footprint Center a premier venue for fans and guests while upholding ABM’s reputation for excellence.
Please note: this position will require the selected candidate to work events and post events as needed. This will include weekends and holidays.
