Our team drives change across lines-of-business forecasting execution and process improvement by applying emerging technology solutions to business challenges.As a Product Delivery Associate on the Forecast Automation and Execution (FAE) team, you will be aligned to our Credit Card forecasting engagement and you will build relationships with stakeholders to understand needs, ensure quality of forecast inputs, run forecast exercises and provide results. Enhancements are always being made to the process and you will participate in planning and testing for these changes. There will be opportunities to learn about the business, the data and the tools that are used to support our business partners.Job responsibilities Work with Chase Card teams to execute forecast model: providing analysis and reports to support CCAR, quarterly risk exercises, CECL and business planning Develop and adhere to standard operating procedure and controls for forecasting model execution Support changes to forecasting process by planning and testing Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to design and review forecast plans Detect and resolve of issues related to supported processes & automated solutions through analysis, collaboration with stakeholders and testing Partner effectively with risk, finance and technology teams Recommend and participate in process enhancements to further automationRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills 2+ years of project management, business analysis or operational roles with track record for problem solving to deliver solutions Experience working with complex processes leveraging large data and models Experience with problem solving and analytical skills with ability to understand downstream impact Experience and ability in communicating with business partners to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization Experience in using data analysis platforms integrated with the AWS cloud environmentPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Alteryx AWS SQL PythonThis role is not a remote position and does not have a relocation allowance tied to it, so all candidates must be local to Columbus, OH or willing to relocate on their own immediately upon hiring. Candidates must be able to physically work in our Columbus, OH office 3 days a week and remotely from home 2 days per week.
