Accent on Languages is looking for an Project Coordinator to work from home anywhere across the United States.
JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator’s position responsibilities include coordinating the scheduling of interpreting appointments. The Coordinator provides information for contracted interpreters, monitors the assigned budget, and provides monthly reports. The Coordinator is also responsible for working closely with clients and staff to discuss and assess individual needs, and provides interpreting and services to existing and new clients as needed.
It’s extremely important to help our clients match with interpreters for various language services. This position is responsible for scheduling and supporting onsite and virtual interpreting assignments for clients, spanning across multiple industries and verticals. The Interpreter Coordinator will be responsible for assigning interpreters to client's requests based on client preferences using our program, interpreters' skills and availability while minimizing overall costs, maximizing efficiencies, and providing high quality services to our customers.
