Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join a dynamic and fast-paced recruitment team supporting AI/ML product lines. In this role, you'll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technical talent, including complex offer negotiation and partnership with internal stakeholders.
The team supports cutting-edge initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning , but prior experience in these domains is not required—just a strong technical recruiting background and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-cycle recruitment for highly technical roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Manage high requisition volumes and meet aggressive hiring targets
Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations, interviews, and reference checks
Drive the candidate experience , ensuring clear and timely communication
Handle complex offer negotiations , including executive-level offers
Maintain accurate documentation in internal ATS systems
Support scheduling and interviews within a 24–48 hour turnaround window
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency or corporate)
Proven track record of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting
Strong understanding of KPI metrics and performance benchmarks (e.g., time-to-fill, submittals/hire ratios)
Ability to manage 20–30+ open requisitions at a time
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with complex offer negotiations is a strong plus
