Recruiting Coordinator

We're looking for somebody to join our recruiting team and help us maintain a smooth and positive experience for remarkable candidates.

This role can be hybrid based in the SF Bay Area or fully remote (with the expectation to work during typical 9am - 5pm PT hours).

What you'll be doing

1. Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication, scheduling interviews, and facilitating on-site interviews.


2. Maintaining our applicant tracking system integrity and logging all appropriate information to help track candidate progress from initial contact to offer.


3. Working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to understand open roles and help properly move candidates through the process.


4. Assisting the recruiting team with ongoing projects and proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and/or implement new ones.

Additional details:

• Temp to perm: 6-12 month contracts, with the possibility of permanent employment after just 3 months.


• Pay: Open rate.


• Location: Remote, preferred West Coast hours.


• Skill Set: 1-3 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on scheduling and coordinating interviews.


• Team size: 10 other Recruiting Coordinators.
