Join Our Team as a Revenue Cycle Manager!

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for optimizing revenue cycle processes? We’re looking for a dedicated Revenue Cycle Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you'll establish and monitor our revenue cycle operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and payer requirements. You’ll support our Director of Revenue Cycle Management and collaborate across departments to drive success.

As an RCM , here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data system and process issues.
• Prepare weekly reports and oversee month-end close processes.
• Monitor payer requirements, regulations, and collection practices.
• Mentor and train staff, promoting a collaborative team environment.
• Conduct ongoing audits to validate processes and improve efficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management about process changes and updates.
