Roustabout Supervisor

Are you experienced in managing crews and ensuring the success of oilfield operations? We're looking for a Roustabout Supervisor to oversee multiple teams performing essential oilfield services like well construction, maintenance, and more. This is a hands-on role that combines leadership, safety oversight, and field work to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

- Supervise and train roustabout crews in tasks like trenching, pouring concrete, laying pipe, and building well site facilities.

- Ensure crews have all necessary safety and work equipment.

- Monitor and approve crew schedules, time off, and field tickets.

- Handle customer relationships and coordinate job bids and quotes.

- Assist management with job reviews, disciplinary actions, and crew development.

- Manage equipment, troubleshoot, and maintain job site safety standards.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews.

- Knowledge of tools and equipment in the oil and gas industry.

- Ability to operate equipment safely and troubleshoot issues in the field.

- Basic math skills for common calculations.

- Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping programs.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

- Must be able to lift 65 pounds unassisted.

- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, sometimes in loud environments.

- Long work hours, including weekends, may be required.
