We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, 3-month contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Role Overview As a Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in driving the marketing efforts for our restaurant group, ensuring that our brands remain top-of-mind in the competitive hospitality industry. We’re looking for a senior-level professional with proven expertise across all facets of marketing, ideally with hospitality experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns and activations that engage our audience and elevate our brand. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing launch plans, rollouts, and promotions tailored to our restaurant concepts. Experiential & Activations: Plan and execute events and activations that capture the essence of our brand, driving customer engagement and loyalty. Social Media: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and management of content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy. Email & Web Marketing: Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. Creative Oversight: Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually compelling and cohesive materials. Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights for future initiatives. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Proven expertise in experiential marketing, social media, email marketing, web strategy, and creative development. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers. Based in NYC or LA, with flexibility to work on-site as needed.
