Position Summary:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be charged with providing full lifecycle recruiting in support of the Agency’s various Divisions by partnering closely with the hiring managers to ensure that the recruiting process moves efficiently and that we are effectively identifying and hiring the best talent the Agency needs to achieve its’ goals. Coordinate all aspects of recruiting, including posting and advertising job openings; track metrics on posting sources to inform future use of advertising dollars and posting practices. In addition, act as an “Employee Advocate” by developing new hire engagement strategies during their first year of employment (e.g. 30-60-90-180-day touch points), to assist with improving retention.
