A Speech Language Pathologist in home health provides personalized rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, helping them overcome speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders. They evaluate, treat, and develop care plans while coordinating with healthcare professionals to improve patient functionality and quality of life. This role involves diagnostic testing, patient and family education, and maintaining thorough documentation to support ongoing patient care.
As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist , you will:
Required Experience/Skills:
Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist / speech language pathologist
Home Health experience a plus
Current and unrestricted license
Current CPR certification
Good organizational and communication skills
A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
Pay Range
•$54.00 - $75.00 - pay per visit/unit
•$84,900 - $116,800 per year base pay

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
