Summary: The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing business operations to improve efficiency and drive strategic decision-making. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance business performance. A successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. This position is based in our Boston office and requires on-site work, with a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, drive, and build improvements, enhancements, and system customization that solve business needs.
- Work to improve existing Salesforce infrastructure and establish new functionality
- Configure new and existing Salesforce features including custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflows, flows, process builders, and other 3rd party applications.
- Lead Salesforce projects end-to-end with full ownership of the project, working with the relevant teams to develop clear definitions and design requirements, then on to implementation, testing, and release to production, always keeping the relevant teams in the loop
- Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow
- Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes
- Prepare data files and upload the data into Salesforce using the data loader and other 3rd party tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - 4+ years experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Project Manager, and Business Analyst
- Experience with other GTM tech stack software - Gong, Outreach, and Hubspot preferred
- Expertise in translating business requirements into technical/software requirements, process modeling, and data mapping
- Hands-on writing Salesforce Validation, Workflow and Flows.
- Excellent analytical, and technical aptitude and ability to solve problems
- Excellent time management and organization skills with an ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel
- Detail-oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
